Grading Requirements
Yellow Singlet
Warm up – callisthenics and stretching (5 mins)
Push ups/Sit ups (10 each)
Demonstrate techniques
1 x 2 min rounds shadow sparring
1 x 2 min rounds focus mitts
1 x 2 min rounds kick pads
Orange Singlet
1. Warm up – callisthenics and stretching (5 mins)
Push ups/Sit ups (15 each)
Demonstrate techniques
1 x 2 min rounds shadow sparring
1 x 2 min rounds focus mitts
1 x 2 min rounds kick pads
1 x 2 min rounds forearm pads
1 x 2 min rounds sparring (protective equipment must be worn)
Blue Singlet
1. Warrm up – callisthenics and stretching (5 mins)
Push ups/Sit ups (25 each)
Demonstrate techniques
1 x 2 min rounds shadow sparring
2 x 2 min rounds focus mitts
2 x 2 min rounds kick pads
2 x 2 min rounds forearm pads
3 x 2 min rounds sparring (protective equipment must be worn)
Green Singlet
1. Warm up – callisthenics and stretching (5 mins)
Push ups/Sit ups (30 each)
Demonstrate techniques
2 x 2 min rounds shadow sparring
2 x 2 min rounds focus mitts
2 x 2 min rounds kick pads
2 x 2 min rounds forearm pads
5 x 2 min rounds sparring (protective equipment must be worn)
Brown Singlet

8 x 2 min rounds sparring (protective equipment must be worn)
Black Singlet
